We collect the minimum data required to operate the publication, the newsletter, and our agency services. Specifically:

• Email address, when you subscribe to the Daily Brief.
• Anonymised analytics — page views, referrers, country (city-level only). We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set tracking cookies.
• Form submissions — what you write into a contact, application, or pitch form, and your email address.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site tracking technology on this publication.

For exactly three purposes:

• To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed.
• To reply to you, if you contacted us.
• To understand which articles are popular, in aggregate.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We have never done this and we never will.

Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days. Form submissions: 24 months. Analytics data: 12 months in aggregate form, never tied to your email address.

Under Singapore's PDPA and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction (incl. GDPR if you are in the EU/UK), you have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold on you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email dpo@seoforrevenue.com. We respond within 30 days, usually faster.

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no social-media cookies. We use a single first-party cookie to remember your accent-color preference (the Tweaks panel on the homepage). That cookie expires after 90 days and stores no personal data.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email dpo@seoforrevenue.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we post the new version here and email all newsletter subscribers with a summary of the changes. Substantive changes give you 30 days' notice before taking effect.
