How we work.

Salary published, no haggling

Every role lists its band. The band is the band. We don't reward people who negotiate harder than others.

Hybrid, not remote, not office

2 days in our Singapore studio, 3 days wherever you do your best work. Tuesdays + Thursdays are our anchor days.

Profit share, not equity

Once you're a year in, you're in the bonus pool. 20% of the operating profit is shared annually. Last year's pool was SGD 410k across 11 people.

Six weeks paid time off

On top of national holidays. We close completely the last week of December. Take it.

Books, conferences, training

SGD 3,000/yr per person for any combination of books, conferences (incl. travel), or short courses. Use it.

We hire for the long arc

Average tenure on the team is 3.4 years. Two of the last three hires came from contributors we worked with for years first.
